Please be advised that on March 20, 1995, Cecil C. Powell, whose address and
telephone number are P.O. Box 23, Dinosaur, CO 81610; [phone], filed
an application to conduct surface mining and reclamation on private land that
is located at or near Section 9, Township 3N, Range 103W, 6th Prime Meridian,
in Moffat County. The application decision is scheduled for April 19, 1995.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Moffat County Clerk &
Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology,
