Types of water discharged to surface waters only. <br />We will be dewatering a sand and gravel pit in connection <br />with our gravel crushing operation. A sump will be <br />excavated approximately 15 feet deep and the water from <br />the gravel pit will be pumped from the sump pit back <br />into the Gunnison River. This water will not be used in <br />our crushing operations, and will be; therefore, untreated <br />clean water. We will be pumping at the rate of 100 to 600 <br />gallons per minute depending on the amount of ground water <br />that flows into the sump. <br />
