Barnes, of Route 1, Hotchkiss, Colorado, in the <br />matter of their protest of the application of the Board of Delta <br />County Commissioners for a gravel mining permit. Several other <br />people in the vicinity have now asked us to represent them in <br />the same matter. <br />I am in the process of gathering information for a petition <br />to revoke the permit which was conditionally granted to Delta <br />County in the month of August, 1979. Because of a vacation which <br />I have already scheduled, I will need approximately three (3) <br />weeks in order to prepare the necessary petition.
