This is necessary because we <br />are still waiting for. the Source of Legal Right to Enter document <br />from the US Forest Service. Grand County has been working with <br />Ms. Patricia Aesch of the Sulphur District to complete this but <br />she is out of. Town until June 6, 2006. We believe the necessary <br />permit will be approved,. but there is a schedule meeting for a <br />June 20th at the mine. I'believe they will hold off until after <br />that date to give Grand County the permit they need.
