The undersigned was <br />appC_.nted ^r2hEarirg Conference Officer 1:1 this Ca3E by rEcClutiCn <br />of the Board dated November 17, 1993. <br />This case will be heard before the Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />at the Board's regular February meeting, which is scheduled for <br />February 23 and 24, 1994 at 1313 Sherman Street, Third Floor, <br />Denver Colorado. More precise information on the day and the time <br />of the hearing may be obtained closer to the hearing date by <br />calling Mr. William York-Feirn of the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology at 866-3567. <br />I. PARTIES <br />The following shall be regarded as parties to the hearing so <br />long as they appear in person or by counsel at the hearing in this <br />matter. If any of the following desire not to be parties to the <br />hearing, they shall so inform the other parties by mailing them a <br />written notice stating they are withdrawing as parties on or before <br />January 17,1994. <br />a.
