The items of concern will be listed in
the same order as outlined in Rule 6.3. If an item is not listed, it has been adequately addressed in
the application:
J 1) Exhibit A -Rule 6.3.1(2) -You must submit a map showing information sufficient to
determine the location of the affected land on the ground and existing and proposed roads or
access routes to be used in conjunction with the minin>; operation. Specifically,
you need to identify the streams, or creeks, which would receive drainage directly from the
affected area. Describe the various measures you will initiate in order to prevent runoff from the
disturbed area from reaching Grape Creek (eg., construct a berm, or berms, etc.).
r/ 4) Exhibit C -Rule 6.3.3(a) -You must provide the estimated date mining will cease.
