<br />~II ~I~~I~~I~~~~~ ~~~ <br />e99 <br />EXHIBIT A: Legal Description <br />The Poorman mine is located in the [Northwest ;, Southeast ; <br />of Section 36, Township 3 South, Range ~4 West of the Sixth <br />Principal Meridian in the Trail Creek Mining district of Clear <br />Creek County, Colorado. The Poorman mine is situated on <br />State School Land and is leased to the operator by State Lease <br />2Q$9 /16-s. The mine is located approximately 4z miles southwest <br />of the town of Idaho Springs, near the head of Trail Creek, and <br />is accessible by county maintained unpaved road to within about <br />a half mile of the site, and by private mine road~~to the portal. <br />See Figures 1 and 2. <br />
