The withdrawal is based on a mutually <br />agreed upon compromise to strike any reference to access from the east side of the <br />proposed permit area onto Kinikin Road. The applicant, Lazy A and the Division have <br />reviewed the revised application and noted changes in text and maps that meet <br />everyone's approval. Therefore, staff has requested that the scheduled Formal Public <br />Hearing be stricken from the August 31st, 2005 agenda for the Mined Land reclamation <br />Boazd. <br />Division staff would like to thank you for your efforts to find a solution to the objection <br />and avoid additional time and expense to all parties involved.
