More specifically, our fiber is just inside the ROW on the west side of Brighton
Road, and just inside the ROW on the south side of 104'' Ave.
I have sent as-built drawings to Pam Hora of Tetra-Tech RMC. The drawings portray
the location of the cable in the ROW. Pam has stated that she doesn't anticipate ariy
problems with the location of our line. However, if the cable is in conflict, and it has:to ~ '
be moved, we would expect the applicant to pay any and all costs associated with a .:
move, should it be required. .. ..
Please contact me if you have any questions or comments.
