I I Z CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS OPERATION RECLAIMATION PERMIT Mr. Schreiner: Douglas and Phyllis Hackett, Owners of the property located at 8021 East 100~h Avenue, Henderson, CO 80640, make notice to all appropriate local, state and federal governmental agencies of their formal objection(s) against issuing a Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Perntit to CAMAS, Colorado, Inc. for operations at the proposed mitre known as the Cooley Reservoir. The owners of the above described property have legitimate reservations regarding the CAMAS, Colorado, Inc. proposed operation and potential disturbance to the owner's property, and respectfully request that they be notified during the public conmtent period of their efforts to secure the permit described above. Please include a timely itrvitation to the property owners named above for any and all forntal and informal hearings regarding CAMAS's application for the permit to conduct operations at or near Sections 16 and 17, Township 2 South, Range67 West, 6~~~ Prime Meridian.
