The <br />following items must be submitted before technical review of your application <br />can begin: <br />You must submit one (1) completed signed original and one (1) completed <br />copy of the Limited Impact Operation (110(2)) Application Form, plus two <br />(2) sets of Exhibits A-J. I have enclosed a full application package for <br />your use. <br />Failure to submit the items listed above by the initial decision date of <br />July 8, 1992, will result in a decision to deny your application. You may <br />amend your application by submitting the requested items. In accordance with <br />Rule 1.5, a new decision date will be estab]ished 30 days from the date of <br />receipt of all requested items. If you have already initiated publication, <br />you will need to republish notice which specifies a 10 day public comment <br />period from the new date of newspaper publication. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical <br />deficiencies in your application.
