Way <br />Co. that the entire estate belonged to them. It has been brought to our's <br />and also to So.-Way Co.'s attention that the mineral estate belongs to the <br />United States. <br />This letter is written to make you aware of the above information and to <br />request that this office be notified when a release of the So.-Way Co. <br />reclamation bond is anticipated. We are in the process of issuing a permit <br />to the So.
