Enclosed is a copy of the Board's written decision, granting <br />approval of the permit application. As provided under Rule 2.9 of the Construction Material <br />Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, any party to a hearing may <br />petition the Boazd to reconsider its decision.
