Long <br /> <br />RE :MLR Board Order -Approval of a 112c Permit Application for the Bennett Sand ins nn Director <br />~c <br />Gravel Pit #2, Permit No. M-2001-038 <br />Dear Party and/or Interested Person: <br />On July 26, 2001 the Mined Land Reclamation Boazd approved the Bennett Sand & Gravel Pit <br />#2 application, over objections. Enclosed is a copy of the Board's written decision, granting <br />approval of the permit application. As provided under Rule 2.9 of the Construction Material <br />Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, any party to a hearing may <br />petition the Boazd to reconsider its decision.
