But CCDWP does expressly reserve its right to object, refute or contradict any and all <br />evidence, objections or argument put forward by Black Hawk. <br />1. Black Hawk has filed a motion asking the Board to determine that it has standing <br />to participate as a party in this proceeding. <br />2. CCDWP questions Black Hawk's standing, as noted in its own Motion to Deny <br />Party Status and to Strike Particular Objections, Witnesses and Exhibits. <br />3. Nevertheless, CCDWP recognizes that the Board's time is very valuable. <br />CCDWP desires, to the extent possible, to have the Board use the time it allocates to this matter <br />
