Cyprus Empire
Corporation
Dear Ms. Pavlik;
The following information is being provided as an update and follow-up to our
conversation and to the previously submitted application materials, and reflects
some minor changes which are the result of the field inspections an final
placement of the first nine site locations. The enclosed map shows the
changes to the exploration area boundary, the shift of a limited number of
holes, and the utilization of some alternate access routes which take advantage
of better roadways or shorter routes.
Copies of the archeologic reports, landowner agreements for the first eight
holes to be drilled, and letters from the DOW and USFWS have been included
for your reference. Holes which are approved under the first Notice of Invitation
by the BLM include PEDS-1, 10, 9, 3, and 2. The remaining holes will become
eligible subsequent to the expiration of the second Public invitation notice, BLM
site inspections, and archeologic clearance. Land-owner access will still need
to be obtained for a number of holes, but holes PEDS-20 and PEDS-25 have
been cleared for everything except the second notice period.
III IIIIIIIIIIIII III •
999
A bond in the amount of $244,000.00 to cover the abandonment and
reclamation costs is currently being processed, based upon the agreed upon
bond calculation obtained earlier today.
