Therefore, in <br />accordance with Rule 2.7.1 of the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board, aPre-hearing Conference was held on Friday, June 1, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. <br />Ms. Sandra Brown presided as the Pre-hearing Conference Officer. During the conference she described <br />the Office's review process, explained the rights and responsibilities of parties, discussed and resolved <br />issues to the extent possible, and described the Board Hearing processes. Additional discussions <br />between the applicant, consultants, objectors and the Division were held and the Spacers voiced their <br />questions and concerns.
