Revised Dates for DMG Recommended Decision, pre-Hearing Conference & Board Hearing
Dear Mr. Gesso:
The revised dates for the pre-Hearing Conference and the Board Hearing for the MMRR Quarry 112 Applicaton,
File No. M-2004-067 are listed below. Please note that both items will be held in Room 318, 1313 Sherman Stteet,
Denver, Colorado. Also, the Division will issue a recommended decision on your application on November 15,
2005. In order to make such a recommendation, please submit your response to all outstanding adequacy concerns
no later than 5:00 P.M. October 31, 2005 to allow the Division adequate time for review.
• 10/31/05 Requested date for receipt of adequacy response to DMG's 4'" adequacy letter.
• 11/15/OS DMG recommendation date, rationale document to follow prior to pre-Hearing Conference.
• 11/21/05 pre-Hearing Conference beginning @ 9:00 A.M., Room 318, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver
• 12/13/05 - 12/14/05, Fomtal Public Hearing, Room 318, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado
Once again, we request a response to all outstanding adequacy concerns no later than 5:00 P.M. October 31, 2005 to
allow adequate time for review prior to the Division's recommendation. Please be sure to include two (2) copies of
your response.

matter can be considered. We advise you to contact the Division Office on the Friday (12/09/05) prior to the Board
