Subsequent to the
filing with the Mined Land Reclamation Division, various residents
in the general vicinity of the pit have questioned whether the
evaluation properly considered the impact of the pit on purported
populations of sage grouse, deer, and elk in the area. Due to the
concerns raised by the residents, i[ would be appreciated if you
would be able to supplement your evaluation with specific regard
to these species.
Yours very truly,
Robert E.
