Therefore, I am requesting a <br />transfer permit from Powell Construction Company Pit, File N 77-53 <br />to Dale S. Andersen a/b/a, Andersen Construction Company. <br />Enclosed is a copy of the lease agreement with the owner, Mr. Lyle <br />Smith to Andersen Construction, the Security Bond for the Reclamation <br />Impact, the completed Performance Warranty and Exhibit A giving the <br />legal description of the Powell Construction Company Pit. We would <br />like to continue the mining operations as Powell Construction did in <br />the past.
