All comment and review periods began on the date <br />of submittal. The decision date for your application is scheduled for <br />April 16, 1993. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and <br />transmittal of a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface rights <br />to the affected land and all owners of record of lands that are within <br />200 feet of the boundary of the affected land is required within 10 days after <br />submittal. Proof of the notice and mailing, such as Certified Mail - Return <br />Receipt Requested, must be submitted to the Division of Minerals and Geology <br />prior to the decision date. Additionally, a copy of this application, less <br />confidential items, must be placed with the Custer County Clerk and Recorder <br />for public review. Any subsequent changes or additions to the application on <br />file in our office must also be reflected in the local government copy. <br />The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate <br />to meet the requirements of the Act.
