As you requested, I am providing you with documents that indicate that Mr. and Mrs. Geib <br />have in fact been aware of our application, as they are actively involved in a group that has formed in <br />opposition to that application. The group, known as Families for Responsible Aggregate Mining <br />(FRAM), actually formed prior to the filing of our application, and Lisa Geib was named as a member of <br />the group's steering committee. <br />Enclosed is a copy of a roster from a meeting held November 17, 1999 by FRAM. Both Matt and Lisa <br />Geib signed the roster. I would also note that Lisa Geib was announced at that meeting as Vice Chavman <br />of FRAM. A copy of the newspaper advertisement for the November 17 meeting is also enclosed. The <br />advertisement, which ran in the Greeley Tribune on November 14 and November 16, ties the roster to the <br />subject property of our application. <br />A copy of another advertisement, which started running in the Greeley Tribune classified section on or <br />about November 29, is also enclosed. This advertisement contains two telephone numbers for people to <br />call if anyone has questions regarding CAMAS' plans.
