Prior to starting our review, the application must be
corrected to indicate that the actual permit area will not exceed
two acres in total. All "affected land" as defined in the Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Act must be included in the permit area. I
have enclosed a copy of the definition of affected land for your
use.
Once we have received a copy of the corrected application page, we
will begin our review. As you noted on the telephone the other
day, you will have to file this corrected page with all the
entities that you are required to notify. Please provide proof
that this change has been filed.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
~~
Carl B.
