The Division
appreciates your input on this operation.
Based on our review of your comments and our phone conversation on December 15, 2006, the Division understands
that your comments are not a formal objection to the proposed mining operation but rather an expression of concern
regazding "...off-site road impacts..." Unfortlmately, the Division does not regulate the impacts traffic will have on
roads; traffic impacts are typically regulated on the local level (i.e. town or county).
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact me at any time. I can be reached at (303)
866-4935.
Sincerely,
Richard M.
