The following information is being submitted with reference to [he above described
perniit application, for a Technical Revision, in accordance with Section 1.8 of the
Construction Material Rules and Regulations.
The revisions are as follows:
^ Cell 1 has been removed from the mining and reclamation plans. As such,
Cell A has been relabeled to Cell 1.
• Anew topography layer has been added to the mining and reclamation plan.
^ Minimum mining setbacks from structures chart has been added to the mining
plan.
^ Permit area reduced to approximately 3 cres. The permit boundary is
revised on Exhibit C and F.
With the deletion of mining south of the Cache la Poudre River, the mining operation
schedule has been changed to reflect the following:
