M-96-088;' RECEIPT OF l 10 <br />CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS RECLAMATION PERMIT APPLICATION PACKAGE - <br />INADEQUATE <br />Dear Mr. Casey: <br />On February 1, 1996, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your application package <br />for a, Constriction Materials Reclamation Permit for the Simla Highway Pit, File No. <br />M-~- According to Mineral Rules and Regulations and the Colorado Land Reclamation <br />Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials, preliminary review of the information received <br />determined that the following information must be received before the Division can consider <br />your application submitted and can begin the technical review: <br />1) The required fee of $875 was not submitted with the application. Completeness review <br />will not begin until the fee is submitted. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical deficiencies in your <br />application.
