C. Woods Water System
Dear Al and Mr. Mount:
This is an emergency and 1 am having this letter personally delivered to
your o$ice in hope that you can help now. The direct result of Western Mobile's
damage has caused flooding to nearly half of my property within the last week.
The water which formerly would have drained to the Poudre River is causing a
major overload on the branch line going through the Arthur Ditch.
You have seen where the damage was done to the I.C. Woods an~9 said that
you would issue a report and an order to Western Mobile by last Friday. I realize
that you aze very busy, but right now we have an emergency and your action is
needed now.
As you know, the I. C. Woods is a water system designed to co-lect water
~n{j then deli!'er it for use according to a water right decreed by the Colorado
courts 50 years ago. Not only can we not now use our water right, but we cannot
get the drainage protection which the Woods has furnished for about 90 years.
Please give this request your immediate attention.
Yours truly,
John Glass Sr.
(970) 221-4748
