After receiving letters of objection to the project during the public comment <br />period for [his application, DMG has scheduled [his meeting in accordance with Rule 2.7.1 of the COnSVUClIOn <br />Materials Rules and Regulations. At this meeting, an agenda will be prepared for the March Board Hearing of this <br />application, assuming that a decision is issued for [his application on March 3, 2000, the current decision date for the <br />Division. if there is a delay in the application process resulting in re-scheduling o(the Pre-Hearing Conference, a <br />notice will go out of the new meeting place and time.
