County Rd. 13 <br />Loveland, CO 80537 <br />Re: Use of Gravel Pits for Citv of Loveland Land Fill <br />TO WH0~7 IT ~1AY CONCERN: <br />This latter is to document the fact the City has approved the <br />referenced excavated gravel pits for use as a City land fill. <br />The composition of the material to be dumped is as follows: <br />15,E (flaximum) Tree limbs and other organic material <br />10~ Gravel <br />75% Soil <br />A lacked gate will be provided and only City and Coulson Exca- <br />vating Company employees will have keys. There will ba no public <br />dumping allowed. <br />City will take over the maintenance and pumping of the pits during <br />use of the pits by the City. <br />- 667-6130 <br />The final grading of the site once the pits are filled will be per- <br />formed by Coulson Excavating Company. <br />Thank you for your time in this matter. <br />Sincerely, <br />i / / <br />Todd A.
