Please get <br />these logged into the system and let me know if they are <br />acceptable, etc. The operator would like to get started with the <br />new operation and I told him I would let him know when the bonds <br />had been accepted. Will you arrange to have the permit document <br />sent to the operator, or do I need to do some of the leg work? <br />Please let me know if I need to do anything else to get these folks <br />squared away. <br />Also, this same operator has inquired about getting a replaced <br />financial warranty released back to them for another pit they <br />operate - the Noland. Inc. Pit, Permit No. M-83-004. I processed <br />a bond increase for this operation and, as~I understand the <br />situation, the operator provided a replacement Letter of Credit for <br />the increased amount and as a result would like to get the old bond <br />released. I would appreciate it if you would give me a call & let <br />me know what the status of this bond release is. <br />Thanks Laverne! <br />
