The decision date has been revised from August 23, 2006 to October <br />10, 2006. In order that the Division will have adequate time for review of your response, please <br />submit on or before September 8, 2006. As always, please be sure to include two (2) copies of <br />your response, ie: a signed orianal and extra copy. As a final note, Rule 1.8.1 states that changes <br />and additions to the pem3it application must be filed with the Division and the County Clerk and <br />Recorder.
