Since only 3 to 4 inches of topsoil is available at the proposed site, <br />only that amount will be removed and stockpiled. If additional topsoil <br />or suitable overburden is encountered, it will be stockpiled as well. <br />3. The Soil Conservation Service has been consulted and has recommended <br />mulching with two tons per acre of straw and crimping the straw with <br />light discing. <br />4.
