Specifically, you do
not agree with the condition which requires the county to conduct
a cultural resources survey and acquire clearance from the State
Historical Preservation Office pursuant to § 24-80.1-104,
C.R.S. (1988).
Please find enclosed a memorandum I wrote addressing this issue.
I have concluded that the condition was properly imposed upon the
permit. If you have any tluestions, feel free to call me at
866-5117.
Sincerely,
FOR THE AT~ORNEYf~ENERAL
,~
` ~ r / G- `C~--~~
C~ERYL~A.
