Walther E~ecuuve Dneuor Michael B Long Division Dnenor Pursuant to Rule 1.7.4, of the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, DMG has scheduled the application for Formal Public Nearing before the Board, for consideration of application. The hearing has been scheduled for the April 28-29, 1999 Board meeting, at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 318, Denver, Colorado. The hearing will begin at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be considered. Pursuant to Rule 2.7.1, DMG has scheduled aPre-hearing Conference for April 16, 1999. The purpose of the Pre-hearing Conference is to identify the parties for the hearing and to identify the issues to be considered by the Board at the hearing. The Pre-hearing Conference will occur at 2:00 p.m., April 16, 1999, at the Delta Recreation Center, 530 Gunnison River Drive, Delta, Colorado. Please note that the date, time and location for the Pre-hearing Conference has been revised from previous notices.
