Be sure you <br />nre eligible. <br />~MITED IMPACT OPERATIONS must disturb less than ten acres (including aZ1 roads, <br />stockpile areas and any ocher surface facilities) over the life of the mine, and <br />must extract LESS THAN 70,000 tons of mineral, overburden or combination thereof <br />per calendar yeas. If the effected area is some fraction greater than nine acres, <br />be sure NOT to round this figure up to ten acres in the narratives or elsewhere. <br />S?ECIAL (ten-day arocessing) cperations are any sand, gravel, or quarry aggrecates <br />operaticns which are to be operated for the sole purpose of cbtairing c.~terial.s <br />for highway, road, utility, or similar-type construction under a Federal, State, <br />county, city, town, or special district contract where the contract calls for work <br />to be commenced within a specifically short time and which will affect ten acres <br />or Iess (includino all roads, stockpile areas, and any other sur.'ace .`acilities). <br />INSTRUCTION: This application and a1Z accompanying materials as outlined below must <br />be submitted in duplicate.
