The <br />eastern part has a few trees, but <br />generally is also severely disturbed. <br />Topsoil will be saved. It is about <br />LO inches deep on the average. <br />RECLAMATION: <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Most of the area will be contained in <br />a lake. The remaining 3+ acres will <br />be topsoiled and planted with shrubs <br />and trees - Cottonwoods and Russian <br />Olive. pit slopes will be adequate <br />(3:1 above and below waterline and <br />2:1 the rest of the way to Che bottom.) <br />Ptaximum depth will be 30 feet. <br />to be made at Board meeting. <br />
