Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety has finished the review of the above referenced <br />application. It appears that Glen Sessions and Sons have met the minimum requirements of a 112c <br />permit. Therefore, staff is pleased to inform Glen Sessions and Sons that application M-2007-035 is <br />approved. <br />Staff's estimate for the proposed reclamation of the site is $35,527.00. Sessions has accepted the <br />estimate therefore the Financial Warranty required is $35,527.00. Sessions must submit the Financial <br />and Performance Warranties to the Denver Office for acceptance. The permit is not valid until the <br />Warranties are accepted by the Division. No disturbance maybe conducted on site until the warranties <br />are accepted and al] other local, state and / or federally required permits have been issued.
