Traylor, M.D. <br />Executive Director <br />The proposed sand and gravel operation located at NE 1/4, S ll, T4S, R66W, <br />Arapahoe County will not require a Colorado 401-Water Quality Certification <br />because the facility will not be situated in a wetland area nor does Sand <br />Creek maintain an average flow of 5 C.F.S.
