CCDWP has challenged Black Hawk's status as an objector and aggrieved person, and <br />has argued that Black Hawk lacks standing to object. <br />Black Hawk and CCDWP have confetred through counsel, and are now prepared to <br />stipulate to the following: <br />1. CCDWP does not contest the claim of Black Hawk to party status in the <br />captioned matter. <br />
