As this site lies off of the state highw y system, our comments involve the possible increase of <br />traffic to the State Highway (SH) 287/Lar mer County Road (LCR) 56 connection. <br />Based upon the information provided by r. Striggow, it would not appear that traffic generated by this <br />proposal would have significant impact to the state highway. Should it be determined that an increase of <br />traffic of more than 20% is to occur, impr vements to the intersection may be necessary. Should the <br />County determine that such an increase is tanned, a Traffic Impact Study should be conducted to <br />determine what improvements are wartan d, and the feasibility of their construction. <br />If you should have any questions, please <br />Gloria T.
