Dear Mr. Tuttle:
On Sept~amber 22, 1988, the Mined Land Reclamation Board considered your
request to revise their permit decision of July 28, 1988. The Board denied
your request to incorporate Phases D and E into the permit. In addition, the
Board approved your request to delete Item 7 of the Environmental Analysis
Addertdurn, dated July 1, 1988, as a condition to the permit.
This decision modifies Stipulation No. 2 as follows:
STIPULATION N0. 2
The information entitled "Environmental Analysis - Addendum" received
July 1, 1988 which defines the tree monitoring and mitigation program and
the ground water monitoring program, with the exception of Item 7,
Page 6; are specifically incorporated and made a part of this permit.
Monitoring data and analysis will be submitted as a part of the annual
report.
