EXHIBIT S - Permanent Man-made Structures
To whom it may concern:
The above referenced EXHIBIT "S" is hereby amended as
follows:
The only permanent man-made structures of significance are
the north boundary fence between Roger B.Wooten and the Villard
property, as noted in Exhibit O, and the access road and stock
pond located in the SW corner of the affected area belonging to A
& C Villard. THE VILLARD PIT #2 MINING OPERATION WILL NOT
ADVERSELY AFFECT THE STABILITY OF ANY SIGNIFICANT, VALUABLE OR
PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURE LOCATED WITHIN TWO HUNDRED FEET OF
FFECTED LAND.
