Jolly Pit - File No. 78-276 <br />Sand Arroyo Pit - File No. 78-283 <br />Dear Ms. Vezzani: <br />Enclosed please find a receipt for your $100.00 check in payment of the <br />annual fee for the two operations captioned above. Please be advised that <br />an annual report is also due for each operation. It should describe the <br />mining and reclamation activities that have occurred in each pit over the <br />last year as well as the plans in this regard for the upcoming year. Please <br />send these reports at your earliest convenience. <br />Be further advised that the Tom J. Jolly Pit has been converted to a 112, <br />regular operation of 68 acres. The annual fee for such an operation is <br />$350.00. Thus a balance of $300.00 is still due for that operation. <br />Please pay this at your earliest convenience. <br />The dates given on page one of the new 112 permit for this operation were in <br />error. They should have remained the same as on the original 110 permit, since <br />this new permit is merely an extension of the old.
