Please address each <br />of the following items in detail: <br />Z. From previous inspections of the proposed area to be permitted, it <br />does not appear that the farm buildings or structures within the vicinity <br />of the intersection of County Road 9-3/4 and County Road 24-3/9 are <br />identified in Exhibit B - Zndex/Vicinity Map, per Rule 2.12(3)(b). Please <br />revise Exhibit B to include the locations of all man made structures <br />occurring on or within 200 feet of the proposed area to be permitted. <br />2. Please state the depth to the stratum immediately underlying the <br />deposit to be mined along with information regarding the nature and <br />characteristics of that stratum. (Refer to Rule 2.12(S)(ii)). <br />3. Please indicate on a map the location of wells within or in close proximity <br />to the proposed permit area- <br />4. AIZ topsoil (A and B soil horizons) on affected Zands must be removed, <br />stockpiled, and kept segregated and apart from overburden and other materials, <br />The Soil Conservation Service can assist the applicant in identifying <br />the true topsoil material occurring on the proposed site. <br />(cont'd) <br />
