"FILED" an <br />application,a reclamation plan and map, and the required fee, as required by law; wad <br />[1P,EREAS, on April 23 19 80, the Ctined Land Reclamation Board approved <br />La Poudre Sand and Gravel, Inc. application and set bond; and <br />WHERE.~S, on May 22 19 80 , the :•tined Land Reclamation Board accept_d <br />surety submitted by La Poudre Sand and Gravel, Inc. and such date shall be considered the <br />date of issuance of the permit and the anniversary date for all ocher purposes; and <br />w'HEREAS, the lined Land Reclamation Board has made a finding, fob the purposes <br />of issuing this permit, that: <br />1) the application cempLies with the requirements of the Colorado <br />`tined Land Reclamation ~1ct and all applicable local, state and <br />Federal laws; and, , <br />2) the operation will not =-dversel;~ affect the stability of any <br />significant, valuable, and permanent man-made structures located <br />within two 1-undred feet of the affected land, except where there <br />is an agreement between the operator and the persons having an , <br />interest in the structure that damage to the structure is ce be <br />compensated for by the operator; and, <br />3) the proposed mining operations and reclamation. can be carried out <br />in conformance with the requirements of C.R.S. L9i3, 34-32-115, as <br />amended (1976 Sess.
