I now find that <br />all of my adequacy questions have been answered concerning the mining and <br />reclamation permit applications for the above captioned San Miguel County gravel <br />pits. Therefore, I p1;3n to present these applications to the Board as "no <br />problem" permit applic~stions, in written form. Since these will he presented to <br />the Board in a block with other such applications on the first day of the <br />meeting and voted upon sometime during the second day, it will not be necessary <br />for you to be present :it the November 18th and 19th meeting. I will notify <br />you concerning the Board's decision shortly after the meeting, and the permits <br />will be mailed out as ;[oon after Roard approval of the permits as possible. <br />Thank you for all of your cooperation and assistance during the permitting <br />process.
