The demonstra- <br />tion for the Sump house documents the area's ability to meet <br />effluent limitations without any additional structures. The pump <br />house SAE assumed that the vegetative cover adjacent to the pump <br />house and west of the road had 20$ vegetative cover and 50$ total <br />cover to arrive at a cover practice (CP) value of 0.078. The <br />demonstration for the contaminated soil requires a berm to contain <br />the 25-year 24-hour storm event with 1' of freeboard. Basin <br />Resources is anticipating that the contaminated soil SAE will have <br />a limited lifetime, until remediation can occur. <br />Delineations of these small area exemptions on permit application <br />maps will arrive under separate cover.
