I will respond to your May <br />6, 2004 adequacy review letter in the order presented. <br />8.4.4 Exhibit D - Mining Plan <br />4. Prior to importing Inert Fill the proper affidavit will be provided to the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology per Rule 1.1(20). <br />8.4.5 Exhibit E -Reclamation Plan <br />7. The Stormwater Management Plan for this site includes the use of BMP's <br />that will keep storm runoff on the site and protect the wetland area. These <br />include the use of isolation ditches, straw bale barriers, silt fences and <br />stormwater collection basins on the Bite. When mining ends the mine floor <br />will be seeded to control erosion and keep sediment form entering the <br />wetlands. <br />8.4.12 Exhibit L -Reclamation Costs <br />Up on reviewing your calculations we concur with your estimate. willita is <br />prepared to submit a bond for $57,100. <br />The Return Receipt for the last adequacy letter ie attached showing it <br />was place with the Grand County Clerks office. Also attached is the Proof of <br />Publication from the paper.
