Preliminary review of the information <br />received determined that the following items must be received before the Division can consider your application as being <br />submitted and technical review can begin: <br />APPLICATION FED The Division did not receive the $1875.00 applicatiun fee with the application package. <br />APPLICATION FORM: Pages 5 and 6 were no[ Completed in the application form These pages are enclosed for <br />completion. <br />Upon completion of pages 5 and 6 place a copy with the Public Review application at the Eagle County Clerk and <br />Recorder and submi[ a receipt signed by the County Clerk and Reorder verifying dte date of placement. This receipt <br />mus[ be submitted along with the application fee and the completed originals of page 5 and 6. <br />Your applicationwill not be considered submitted until the information listed above is received and found sufficien[ to begin <br />our review. A decision date will be es[ablished 90 days from the date of receip[ of all of [he requested information. <br />Additionally, if you have already published notice youwill need to republish notice, after the Division considers the applicatim <br />submitted. This notice must be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks, scatting within tat (101 days of the date <br />your application is considered submitted. ~1%e will notify you when you should inith[e republication of your notice. The !final <br />date for receiving comments is the 20th day after the fourth publication or the next regular business day. <br />This letter shall no[ be construed to mean tha[ there are noother technical deficiencies in your application.
