The proposed length of tkje:project is five ,years.
(December 31, 1988)
5. Water to wet down the rock, gravel, and road will
be ta]cen from the Peterson Ditch. Both the Peterson
Ditch and the water right belong to us.
C. Exhibit D - Water Resources
1. This operation will not effect ~h0 ground water.
D. E~chibit E - Reclamation Plan
1. I beleive the descrepancy in soil depth is due to
the soils report refering to average depth in the
county, not in this specific area. Since we are
mainly in the ranching business, pasture is very
important to us, and we will take care to remove
all topsoil, regardless of depth.
