We fully intend to have all matters
noted in the December 14 letter compiled and submitted
by Monday, December 20. Wayne will be with our Father over
the holidays, so Tim Hartley will be acting as COM, Inc.
agent.
I respectfully request an extention on filing our application
for permit. The circumstances around the delay were clearly
out of our control.
1. We did not recieve the notification of the incomplete
items. We know the letter was mailed, but we did not
recieve it. It is well known that rural mail has fallen
victim to serious mischief lately. We have a Postal Box in
Boulder as of today, and that number will be sumbitted by FAX
separatly.
In the past, all communications were sent to Wayne as well as
myself; this seems to have changed. At any rate, the Postal
Box will correct all of that.
2. The items marked as missing/incomplete were all in
our Division file; we merely had to copy your file and attach
to the application. In the strictest interpretation, the
Division indeed had the information required, the format was
incorrect. The instructions for filing, seems less strict
than the expectations of the Divison. Thank you for clearing
that up for us.
We have every reason to believe that our mill will run Cash
Mine Dump material, but only if we can implement a permit.
Please contact me or Tim Hartley if we can shed further
clarification on this matter.
Si erely,
wen Fraser
President
gE
